Why choose natural baby photography?

My reasoning is quite simple, because we’re capturing your baby.

All the little things that make your baby unique, the way they like to sleep, hands up, hands down, hands across their face, thumb sucking, the hair curling, bum shuffling - the list goes on.

In order to photograph your baby and capture them being themselves is to allow them to be free & enjoy their surroundings.

Sitting them in a box facing a camera with big huge lights behind is pretty daunting for anybody, so we aren’t likely to capture them being authentically themselves.

So I stripped it all back, got rid of anything and everything that wasn’t unique to your baby and all I was left with is a big white naturally lit studio room & your perfect little person.

I even got rid of the jazzy outfits, headbands and fuss. Because will all of that matter when these photographs are your memories?

It really won’t.

But seeing them, being them is what matters.

Your photoshoot is all about you and your baby and thats exactly what we’ll capture.
