Print What You Wish To Preserve

Why print? ...

I could sit and list all the reasons you should print your memories, but I'm quite sure we would still be here by Christmas.

Can I ask? Why did printing seem to go 'out of fashion' a short while ago? Why did we think leaving our precious memories on a technical device was the right thing to do? A device that is all too quickly replaced, upgraded, thrown out and broken.

We invest so much of our lives creating memories, once in a lifetime trips, milestones along our journeys, but we leave those precious moments on a device in the back of a junk cupboard, or on our social media pages building up likes from people we don't even know. Why do we not print them? Why aren't they in our hands to hold forever, to pass down to the next generation, to look back on when you need that pick up.

There is nothing in this world like the feeling of holding one of the best days of your lives in your own two hands. The butterflys and feeling that suddenly rush over you. You don't get that same feeling flicking through a phone or swiping down an Instagram page.

Sunday afternoons, a cup of tea and box of old photographs for sure is one of my favourite things to do.

But were an online generation, we like everything at the end of our finger tips, thats why I'll always offer digital with all my product packages, because I believe whilst you cant beat printed memories I understand the need and want for digital copies too.

So when you choose to invest in photography don't just walk away with a USB stick you'll hide away in a drawer. Invest in print, invest in those memories, because when a photograph is all you have left, that printed memory will soon be priceless.
